If we accidentally sent you the wrong item according to your order from bebetos.nl, or if your order is incomplete, please contact us. We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
You can change your order if we haven't yet packed your items. Therefore, please contact customer service as soon as possible with your change. However, we cannot guarantee that we can process the change if your order is already packed and ready for shipment.
We deliver most items from stock. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM (CEST) and paid for via iDeal (if in stock) will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Personalized items
Personalized items have a longer delivery time because they must be customized to your specific needs. Delivery times for these items are indicated on the product page.
